School Uniform
The voice of pupils, parents, staff and outside agencies contributed to the final design of the uniform at Lime Tree Primary School. The fundamental aim of the uniform at Lime Tree is that it reflects the high standards and values we hold as a school; children wear it with pride; and it is comfortable whilst maximising opportunities for all children to access the curriculum at their stage in education.
All children must have full school uniform, worn correctly, for daily attendance at school. Uniform will usually be worn on occasions when children are representing the school, including school visits. Parents and carers are asked to co-operate fully by providing the uniform and ensuring children wear it correctly to and from school, and at other times as required.
The school offers the full range of uniform, PE Kit and accessories for pupils. This can be purchased online from yourimageschoolwear.co.uk. Please use the sizing chart on this website to help you on choosing the correct sized uniform for your child.

Personal Appearance
Shoulder length hair should, for safety and hygiene reasons, be tied back from the face. Hair accessories should be plain in style and colour. No jewellery should be worn to school. If children have pierced ears only plain metal studs should be worn and these must be removed during all PE lessons.
Outer Wear
In winter, children need a warm waterproof school coat. Denim, leather or fur jackets are not considered suitable for school. In summer an anorak, cagoule or similar should be brought to school when the weather is unsettled.
A Lime Tree Primary School coat is available from Your Image Ltd. This is an optional item.
Footwear
Shoes should be suitable for school wear enabling your child to play safely at playtimes. Children should not wear trainers or boots to school.
Winter – Plain style black shoes with no coloured stitching.
Summer – Black shoes or sandals (sling backed shoes/open toes are not acceptable).
We would be very grateful if in the wet weather you would provide your children with their school shoes to change into, rather than ask them to wear plimsolls or wellington boots in school.
School Bag
Children can choose to buy a Lime Tree school bag from Your Image Ltd or buy a school bag from any High Street Store.
