GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

As a school, Lime Tree, are keen to develop a culture of positive challenge from all stakeholders in order to move practice and procedures forward and ensure the best outcomes for all children. Stakeholders here at Lime Tree include children, parents and carers, all members of staff and people in the local community. In order to give a voice to all stakeholders we have set up different working parties to focus on specific areas of the school and invited the stakeholders to positively challenge these areas. This year we have a Pet Working Party, Lunch Working Party and Outdoor Development Working Party.

We hope the impact of this will be that we learn together to achieve success and, as a growing school, we continue to evolve with the needs of the community, families and children.  This culture will enable pupils and staff to excel. All leaders will be committed unwaveringly to setting high expectations for the conduct of pupils and staff and the relationships between all stakeholders will be exemplary.
