School Admissions
Lime Tree Primary School is a 2 form entry Primary School. We have a Published Admission Number (PAN) of 60, for Reception aged children each year. Lime Tree Primary School admissions are coordinated by Surrey County Council.
If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022, you can apply for a Reception school place from 3 November 2025 using Surrey County Council online admissions system.
Closing date for Reception applications -Thursday 15th January 2026.
National Offer Day - Thursday 16th April 2026.
Deadline to accept/decline school places - Thursday 30th April 2026.

Oversubscription criteria
School places will be offered to children at Lime Tree Primary School using the criteria laid out in our Admissions Policy below.
Waiting lists
Where there are more children than places available, waiting lists will operate for each year group according to the oversubscription criteria without regard to the date the application was received or when a child’s name was added to the waiting list.
Waiting lists are held until the end of the academic year applied for when they will be cancelled. Parents wishing to remain on the waiting list after this date must make an in-year application to Surrey County Council.
Children of staff
Applicants seeking priority admission under the Children of Staff criterion for Lime Tree Primary School must complete both the local authority application form and the Supplementary Information Form found in Appendix 1 of the School Admissions Policy (also provided below).

Admission of children outside their normal year group
The Department for Education (DfE) expects pupils to be educated in their normal chronological year group however should you wish for your child to defer your child's entry to Reception or be admited to a different year group please visit the refer to the School Admissions Policy for more information.
