Parent and Public Concerns/Complaints
At Lime Tree Primary School we take all concerns seriously and ask that you always approach us if there is anything you would like to discuss.
In the first instance, if you are a Parent/Carer at school, please talk to your child's class teacher. This can be done by email via y'number'parentcomms@limetreeschool.org, via a message in your child's pupil planner or by talking to the teacher on the door (for those classes who enter through a main door a message can be given to a staff member on that door.) If the matter is urgent, please call the office on 01737645836 and they can arrange for the classteacher to call you back when they are out of class.
If you feel that the matter has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, please contact the Phase Leader of the year group that your child is in by emailing the school office on info@limetreeschool.org.
Phase Leaders
EYFS Phase Leader - Mrs Smith (Maternity cover for Mrs M Baker)
KS1 Phase Leader - Mrs Wheeler
LKS2 Phase Leader - Mrs Rodell
UKS2 Phase Leader - Miss Hill
The next step would the Headteacher - Mrs Skipper. She can be contacted via info@limetreeschool.org or if the matter is urgent, by calling the school office on 01737645836.
